Your membership in BCHPCA provides vital support to the Association and its long-standing commitment of ensuring quality end of life care for all British Columbians and Yukoners.
Your active membership allows you and your organization to:
- Support the ongoing development of Hospice Palliative Care in the province
- Assist in developing policies and position statements
- Receive all BCHPCA communications
- Vote at Annual General Meetings
- Participate in regional elections, on the Board of Directors and on Special Committees
- Receive joint membership in the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association
- Receive discounted rates for educational workshops, annual conference and BCHPCA courses
- Take advantage of bursaries, special grants, and awards
- Participate in online discussion forums
BCHPCA Membership Levels
Individual Membership
$40
Program Membership
Organizations that are engaged in the delivery of Hospice Palliative Care services. Program membership is renewed annually on January 1st.
Programs with budgets less than $50,000 = $75
Programs with budgets $50,000 – $100,000 = $125
Programs with budgets $100,000 – $500,000 = $150
Programs with budgets over $500,000 = $250
Affiliate Membership
$75
Organizations interested in supporting Palliative Care but not necessarily actively involved in its delivery. Affiliate membership is renewed annually on June 30th.
