You are invited to join us for the BCHPCA upcoming AGM this July. The invitation is to advise you of the date change and topics in regard to the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of BCHPCA.

The details of this meeting are as follows:

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting

• Review the auditors/treasurer's report

• accept the draft annual financial statements

• appoint an auditor

• acclaim Board of Directors

This is an updated notice to inform our membership of the date change. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

As a BCHPCA member, you are an integral part of our community and sector provider. This is a great opportunity to join us as we reflect on the past year and where we are going next. This year, at our AGM, we will launch our new strategic plan and highlight some of our great achievements of 2023.
