Advance Care Planning Facilitator Training

Correction: In the April issue, we published that the start date for the ACP Facilitator Training session was May 19. The actual start date is May 29. 

Calling all non-profit community organizations! Equip your staff and volunteers to become facilitators of advance care planning and to host public information sessions that help people make informed decisions about their future health and personal care needs.

The BC Centre for Palliative Care offers FREE interactive online training. Our My Wishes, My Care program includes 6 hours of guided learning, a robust library of resources and coaching to help you launch!
